Event Planning: Art of the Cocktail

Attention imbibers! Tomorrow kicks-off Art of the Cocktail, a three-day cocktail event set in the beautiful Victoria, B.C. The schedule is chock-full of seminars, workshops, tastings and competitions led by some of the biggest names in the biz. Those of you attending are in for quite a treat! We have our eye on workshops like Tiki in the 21st Century, Carbonated Cocktails (a trend we talked about here), and Eau de Vie: The Overlooked Cocktail Ingredient. Also, not to forget about the Grand Tasting event, which takes place in the historical Crystal Gardens.
