Happy New Year! We hope you ended 2007 with plenty of delicious libations; we certainly did, including enjoying some newly legal absinthe, which seems to be on everyone's minds these days. We've had so many requests for information on absinthe, so we're very excited about our Jan/Feb cover story by our friend Paul Clarke.
